Through one of those circuitous bloggy surfing routes, I arrived over at Raising Redheads. Three guesses as to why I stayed.
Blogmistress Sarah was looking for volunteers to host a flat version of her seven-year-old daughter, Ainsleigh, and to show her the local sights. (This was a self-directed continuation of a school project based on the story Flat Stanley. Which of course I read as a child. And what a cool way to learn about geography and different cultures!)
I eagerly put Chez Tired on the list of destinations, and we had an extra redhead here for about three weeks in February and March. Best behaved one of the bunch, I must say.
And you should go back often because she likes pie. And invites over 20 friends to eat pie. Seriously, I am a little lot sad I live 8,000 miles from her. But then again, I do have the good falafel.
