The winter before we moved I ran in all kinds of weather, including along the Hudson when it was in the 20s. Insane.

My weather issues are the oppositie of yours–when it got cold I quit running, partly b/c breathing cold air makes me cough.a.lot, and partly b/c i hate to be cold. And then there’s snow and ice….but I’ve started up again, too, and running my first official 5k next week.
